1. What type of vehicles do you have?

The available vehicles are:

2. What if my flight is delayed?

We have available at all times the flight information and know the problems which may occur. We'll wait for you when you arrive late or even earlier.

3. How can I find the driver at the airport?

The driver will be waiting for you in the main arrival hall, just after passing the security check, in the terminal where your flight arrives. The driver carries a sign with your name. However, if there should happen any incidence you can call the emergency phone +34 607 839 709.

4. Do you have Baby chairs?

Yes. We have different seats depending on age and weight of the child, the price is 5 € per unit. According to the regulation RD 1428/2003 of 21st November, Rules for Circulation, it is forbidden to travel with minors without using an approved restraint system and suitable for their height and weight.

5. How much baggage can I take without problems?

Up to 2 large suitcases and 3 medium ones in the cars and more than 7 big suitcases in the minibus. For minibuses are available trailers, so there will be no problem with your luggage or golf bags.

6. Are vehicles and drivers insured?

All our vehicles are insured as signed by the law of the Ministry of Transportation, with civil liability cover for passengers.

7. Do you have 24 hour service?

Yes. Our phone is available 24 hours, in case of emergency call +34 607 839 709. For Bookings via email the office hours are from 8 am to 10 pm.

8. How do I know that ECONOMYTRANFER.COM is a legal company?

Econonomytransfer.com belongs to Spain Direct Transfer SL, a legally registered company and with the transport necessary permits to perform this activity.

9. Can I change my transfer?

Yes, with advanced notice, you can change the hour, day, destination, category of vehicle as provided by email, at least one day before the service or by calling our emergency phone +34 607 839 709.

10. Do I have to tip the driver?

Only if you wish

11. Can the driver help me with the luggage?z

Our drivers, as a philosophy of work, always help with the luggage.

12. Once I have accepted the booking, do I need to confirm?

No, once we have your confirmed reservation, we send you the confirmation along with voucher and you don´t need do anything else.
