FAQ 1. What type of vehicles do you have?

Reply: The available vehicles are:

FAQ 2. What if my flight is delayed?

Reply: We have available at all times the flight information and know the problems which may occur. Our staff will wait for you when your flight is delayed or anticipated.

FAQ 3. How can I find the driver at the airport?

Reply: One of our drivers will be waiting for you in the main arrival hall, just after crossing the security control, in the terminal 3. The driver carries a sign with the name of the person who booked the transfer. FAQ 4. Can I reserve a transfer with Baby chairs?

Reply: Yes, indeed. We have several models of child seats whose use depends on the weight and age of the child, the price is 5€ each way and unit. According to the Rules for Circulation and regulation RD 1428/2003 of 21st November, it is required to provide minors an appropriate restraint system in relation to their height and weight, a child seat.

FAQ 5. How much luggage can I take without problems?

Reply: Standard, executive and luxury cars: Up to 2 large suitcases and 3 medium ones. Minivan or People carrier: Up to 7 suitcases.

Minibuses or Minicoach of 12 pax: up to 12 suitcases / Minibuses or Minicoach of 19 pax: up to 19 suitcases. For minibuses are available trailers, so there will be no problem with your luggage or golf bags.

Buses: up to 54 suitcases.

FAQ 6. Are all cars and drivers insured?

Reply: Our entire fleet of vehicles have their corresponding insurance according to the European Union's regulations, and therefore, all drivers and passengers are covered by the insurance.

FAQ 7. Do you have 24 hour service?
