Places of Interest close to the Railway Station
Thanks to its great location, close to downtown, you’ll find plenty of places to visit or you may be interested to know. Next to it is situated Malaga Bus Station, the shopping street Larios Centro in the city centre and if you need accommodation, there is a Barceló hotel right next to the train station Maria Zambrano.
Other malls are just 5 minutes’ walk away, as are the Malaga Plaza where you can visit many other shops and Fnac Library. The Corte Ingles shopping centre is situated next to it.
If you do not mind a walk in order to meet the most interesting attractions of Malaga, within 20 minutes’ walk you will be in the historic centre of the city full of history, art and culture. The Alcazaba of Malaga, the Cathedral, the Picasso Museum, the Roman Theatre, the Thyssen Museum, a walk through the park; these are the places in the centre we think you should take as priorities in your visit.
