We use the following cars:
Economy: Hyundai Ioniq, Toyota Corolla or similar.
Standard: Skoda Superb or similar.
Executive: Mercedes E-Class or similar.
Luxury: Mercedes S-Class or similar.
Minivan: Mercedes Vito.
1. Finding your driver
Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall 30 minutes after the arrival of your flight and will be holding a sign with your name on it. If you think you are lost, just call this number:+34 951 551 355.
2. Insurance terms
As all our cars have insurance according to the EU regulations, both its drivers and passengers are covered.
3. Delayed flights
Don’t worry if your flight is delayed, we always wait for our clients. We track your flight number, so we know if there are any delays or problems and will meet you when the flight arrives.
4. Luggage
Standard taxis have room for 2 large suitcases or 3 medium suitcases. On the other hand, minibuses have room for 7 large suitcases.
5. Drivers
All our drivers are fully licensed and they can speak English perfectly (be aware of unlicensed companies!).
6. Facilities for small children terms
You can hire baby and child seats for 5 euros a trip.
7.- Night time Transfers
If the time of transfer for collection or return is between 11 pm and 7 am, you have to pay in advance adding a cost of 20% night time surcharge, in addition to applying the 10% VAT on the total price.
8.- Service time
We are working 7 days a week during office hours from 9 am to 11 pm.
9.- Cancellation fees
Contact us if you cancel the reservation to check the cancellation fees.
Penalty for cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or no-show on the day of departure: to be consulted with the reservations department.
10.- Pay on arrival
You can pay your transfer on arrival, except for a few cases: Minibus transfers, non-airport locations pick-ups and night transfers (between 23:00 and 07:00).
11.- Notice
If the origin or destination of your transfer is on an unpaved road, the service may be cancelled.
